TERMS AND CONDITIONS

01. THE AGREEMENT

By accessing the KAR STREAK website and applying for a grid slot in any of our expeditions, you agree to these Terms of Engagement. We are not a standard travel agency, and this is not a luxury tourist bus. We are an untamed driving syndicate. If you cannot abide by these rules, close the site and do not initiate contact.

02. CLEARANCE & ELIGIBILITY

To run with the KAR STREAK convoy, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.

  • Hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

  • Possess comprehensive vehicle insurance valid for the specific regions of the operation.

  • Drive a 4x4 or high-performance vehicle that meets the specific criteria of the expedition. We reserve the right to deny any vehicle that we deem unfit for the terrain.

03. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Our routes cut through high-altitude passes, deep mud, black ice, and unforgiving terrain. Motorsport and off-roading are inherently dangerous. By participating, you accept full, unmitigated responsibility for your own life, your co-pilot, and your machine. KAR STREAK, its founders, guides, and media crew are NOT liable for:

  • Any damage, breakdown, or total loss of your vehicle.

  • Personal injury, illness, or death during the expedition.

  • Delays caused by weather, road closures (avalanches, landslides), or military blockades. You are driving your own machine. You break it, you own it.

04. THE GRID LOCK POLICY

Grid slots are strictly capped. When you secure a slot, you are locking out another driver. Therefore, all deposits and ticket purchases are 100% non-refundable. If you abort the mission, hesitate, or fail to show up on Day 1, your funds are forfeit. If KAR STREAK is forced to cancel the event due to extreme acts of nature (Force Majeure) or government lockdowns, your slot will be rolled over to the next available deployment.

06. MEDIA RIGHTS

KAR STREAK events are heavily documented by professional film crews. By joining the grid, you grant KAR STREAK the irrevocable right to film, photograph, and record you and your vehicle. You give us full permission to use these assets globally for marketing, social media, and brand propaganda.
